Due to adding a small amount CO2 in the thermal oxidizer, situated on top of our gasifier, the syngas is combusting and produces a hot air stream that reaches temperatures of about 890 to 1080 degrees °C. This thermal heat is send to our mixing chamber (optional) where air is introduced to create the required temperature flow for the desired energy solutions.
The produced hot air stream could be used for the following purposes:
By adding a raw material section, an EcoChar storage & handling section, and a system that takes advantage of the hot air stream the system is complete. With our gasification system we offer you a Total Supply Cycle system which can provide multiple revenu streams.
